How will I listen to my exclusive podcast or audiobook?
You can listen in your preferred podcast app.
Can I use my current podcast app?
We support Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Podcast Addict, Castbox, BeyondPod, Downcast, PlayerFM, Breaker, and RadioPublic.
Sorry, but we do not support Stitcher, Podbean, or NPR One.
You’ll also be able to listen to your audiobook or podcast purchase online.
What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay with any major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay on iOS and Google Pay on Android.

How do I search the content of archived episodes?
Googling Filmspotting and whatever movie you're curious about is often your best start. But you should also bookmark and reference this incredible resource from listener Bill McLaughlin – Filmspotting Guide to the Archives on Letterboxd. Find the movie title you're curious about and click Read Notes to see which episodes the film has been mentioned on.
Do you plan to shut down the Filmspotting Patreon?
Yes, we have sunsetted the Family on Patreon.
After subscribing to the new feeds, should I unfollow the primary (free/public) Filmspotting feed and the Patreon feed?
Yes. All regular new shows plus bonus episodes and archived episodes will be available via the Supporting Cast Premium feeds.
What if I purchased a plan and want to upgrade to another?
Great! Log in to your account, visit your Account page, and click Change Plans. Note: Upgrades take place immediately. You are charged the difference between the two plans, less a prorated credit for time used. Similarly, you can also downgrade your plan; however, those take effect at the end of the current term.
I'm using a Promo Code with Apple or Google Pay. Why doesn't it show the discounted price?
Even though Apple and Google Pay don't show the discounted price, it still applies. Because it's a recurring subscription, they show the cost of the subscription and not the initial payment.
How will you communicate with us about our memberships?
Via email like our newsletter – which you will also receive as part of your subscription.
What if I don't want to access the Family feeds on a podcasting app?
Visit your User Dashboard. Click 'Set up' by the feed you want to access. Below all of the various podcasting apps you should see a Listen Now section and a Play button next to all of the shows available in that feed.
